Before You Order

What file types do you accept?
We currently accept STL files & 3mf file types. If you have a more complex file or need design work, please use our contact page.

What if my file doesn’t work?
We check every STL file before printing. If there’s an issue, we’ll contact you before production.

Do I need to prepare my file before uploading?
Yes. Ensure your STL file is correctly scaled and ready for printing before upload.
Pricing

How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on material, size, and print time. Upload your file for an instant quote.

How much does it usually cost?
Most small prints are between £8–£25. Larger or more complex parts are priced automatically after upload.
Printing & Materials

What materials do you offer?
We offer PLA, PETG and TPU depending on your needs.

Which material should I choose?
PLA is suitable for most prints, PETG for stronger parts, and TPU for flexible items.

Will you check the print before sending?
Yes. Every print is checked before dispatch.
Delivery

How long does it take?
Most orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Where do you ship?
We print in the UK and ship nationwide. Contact us for international shipping.
Orders & Support

Can I change or cancel my order?
If production hasn’t started, changes may be possible. Contact us as soon as possible.

What if there’s a problem with my order?
If anything isn’t right, contact us and we’ll resolve it.
